Last month, me and my girl gang packed our bags (as well as our partners) and headed off in search of some warmer weather. And thanks to Clickstay, we found our perfect garden Villa in Aducia, Mallorca.

If you follow me on instagram, you would already know that this villa in Spain is BEYOND magical! We all couldn’t believe our eyes when we pulled up in the drive way on the first afternoon.

The villa is flooded with natural light and has been decorated throughout with luxury interiors and furnishings. I loved the mix of Mallorcan contemporary designs, terracotta colours, wooden floors and especially the exposed wooden beams.

Here are just a few highlights of the stay:

THE LOCATION

Set amidst expansive tropical gardens with far reaching views, Finca Figueral Nou is an oasis away from the busier parts of the island. With just a 35 minute drive from the airport, and a 15 minute drive to the beach, the villa is in a perfect position to feel super secluded.

THE BACKDROP

The gorgeous rocky mountains created a magical backdrop for our villa holiday. The palm trees added to this already out-of-the-world picture and you could find us gazing into the mountains wishing we had this view at home.

BRING THE WHOLE CREW

This villa in Spain is big enough to bring the entire family. The top level of the villa has 2 super generous master bedrooms both with ensuites and one has an adjoining sun terrace. Then downstairs you have 3 more bedrooms, 3 more bathrooms, 2 living areas, oversized kitchen, laundry and sitting room. Absolutely roomy!

WERK IT OUT IN THE BACKYARD

The outdoor area at the villa was the biggest I’ve ever seen. And I grew up in Australia in the land of big backyards, so you can imagine the grand scale of this property. We had more than enough space for Adrienne to run fitness sessions and my daily yoga classes. We even used the perimeter of the yard as a running track!!

DID SOMEONE SAY POOL?

The pool at the villa was definitely a place where we all congregated. Sun beds are laid out perfectly to soak up the vitamin D and they also made the ideal location for an afternoon nap. You could use the pool for a few morning laps and it was deep enough to practice your diving technique. Just a warning – the pool was a little chilly – but was the best way to cool off after a workout.

BBQ UNTIL THE COWS COME HOME

Oh how I miss BBQ’s living in the UK. Villa Finca Figueral Nou had a lovely open outdoor BBQ, sink and prep area which we got much use out. You name it, we bbq’d it!

SUNSETS

On the day before we left, we headed to Port Pollenca for a day at the beach. We wined and dined at a local restaurant and we were treated to a magical afternoon and rainbow sunset. It’s a must when staying at the villa!

I could go on and on about how much I loved this villa. I actually want to go back and never leave. So if you are thinking of booking this villa for your next holiday, head to the Clickstay and use CLICKSTAY50 for £50 off your booking. Hurry as the voucher expires on October 31st.

GETTING THERE

Monarch flies directly to Palma, Majorca’s main airport from London Gatwick. Flight time approximately two and a half hours, making the journey manageable whether you’re going for a weekend or longer.

Hands up if you would like to join me here for a yoga and fitness retreat next summer? Comment below as I’m looking into dates for next year.
