Earlier this year, I was invited to become one of the Flybery Women for the online sports website, Flybery. If you haven’t already had a browse, Flybery is an online aggregator-style website for discovering thousands of products from over 150 sportswear brands – all in one place.
Flybery Women is an online community made up of real life women to give real life fitness tips. We aim to inspire women by doing the things we love. Whether that be yoga, personal training or competing in triathlons. We are all in our late 20’s and early 30’s and have spent years working, training and living in the real world. We also share our love for exercise on our respective blogs and aim to influence our readers to live a happier, healthier life.
After being introduced to the other members of the Flybery Women group, we naturally started to exercise together, meet up for working lunches and even go on holidays. I’m not sure what immediately made us click, but meeting these strong and inspiring women has definitely brightened my everyday life in London.
The strong bond we all now share was created by the supportive and caring nature of each and every one of the girls. We celebrate each other’s victories, share our frustrations and encourage each other to keep powering on. Maybe you can relate to us too. So without further ado, I’d like to introduce the Flybery women:
I like to call Adrienne a super mum. Yes this body is mum to a 5 year old, a personal trainer and loves a good song and dance session. Adrienne shares her thoughts on fitness and being a mum on her blog. She is the group’s energiser bunny for sure and inspires women to lead an active and healthy lifestyle.

Hayley is a fitness queen; a swimming, running and cycling machine. Yes she competes in triathlons among other things and also spent a good chunk of this year filming in a movie that comes out next year. Co founder of her blog Break The Loop, Hayley has a knack for making things beautiful by currrating things with her own style. This includes her house, her instagram account and her blog. She also has a very soft spot for animals which I have witnessed first hand in Mallorca this year.

Founder of RED agency, Natasha is a digital ninja with a very precise eye for cool content. She is also a jewellery designer by trade and very competitive at card games. She is the genius behind the Flybery Women idea and has done a fantastic job of rallying us all together. She spent most of her younger years on the track and field, so don’t ever attempt to race against her or stand next to her in a bikini. You just won’t win.

Tara is living proof that girls who lift weights get toned lean physiques. Based in the city, Tara works as a personal trainer but often swaps her trainers for heels. Tara’s achilles heel is a good coffee and an occasional brownie which gives us all some hope. She is a big advocator for food prepping and has given me loads of invaluable fitness and eating advice. We can chat for hours and we share the occasional guilty pleasure which may or may not include Pretty Little Liars 😉

Just in case you haven’t been following the blog for too long, here’s my quick intro. I’m a 32 year old yoga teaching, travel blogging, part time CEO. I moved to London over 2 years ago and I now call East London home. I’m addicted to Yoga (obviously) and working out in general. If I’m not planning my next adventure you can usually find me launching new and exciting brands in London.
